FORT WAYNE, Ind. (Indiana?s NewsCenter) - Some potential competitors in the Fort Wayne entertainment market are partnering to bring more artists to local stages.

The Foellinger Foundation is providing most of the funding for the marketing effort that seeks to sell Fort Wayne?s concert strengths to promoters.

A key piece of the campaign is a website named ?FortWayneVenues.com."

The site will highlight the venues and the fact that 700,000 potential ticket buyers live within 30-minutes.

The venues include The Arts United Center, Parkview Field, the Embassy Theatre, the Foellinger Outdoor Theater, IPFW's Rhinehart Music Center and the Performing Arts Center at Saint Francis.
